Sarah Dawson is an experienced freelance journalist who writes travel, health and lifestyle features for national and international press. Over the past ten years Sarah has contributed articles to a diversity of publications from the Guardian to Red Magazine. Sarah is also a member of the Society of Authors and her first book; Irritable Bowel Syndrome: The Essential Guide (Forward Press, Need-2-Know series) is available to buy online from 1 August 2009. Sarah regularly reviews yoga holidays, retreats, spas, health resorts and spa treatments. She also supplies web content for a range of websites including Treatment in India, Treatment in Spain and offers press release and script writing services.
Sarah is highly professional and organised and delivers top quality copy to deadline. She also supplies digital photography (see photography gallery), speaks reasonable French and basic Spanish (much better after a few glasses of Sangria).

Yoga
Yoga is a long-time passion of Sarah's and after studying and practising for many years Sarah travelled to India in 2007 to train as a yoga teacher at the Sivananda Yoga & Vedanta Dhanwantari Centre, Kerala India.
She now runs Karmiyoga, and teaches Sivananda-based Hatha Yoga classes and yoga for kids in Brighton, London, and outdoors, on Hove seafront during the summer! See Yoga section for more info.
